Privacy policy for Tools by RS Roshi. Client-side tools process data in your browser. We do not upload your tool inputs to our servers by default.
Client-side processing
Most tools on Tools by RS Roshi run entirely in your browser. Text and files you paste or upload for those tools stay on your device and are not posted to our servers as part of normal tool use.
Analytics & cookies
Optional product analytics (Google Analytics 4 and, when configured, Microsoft Clarity) load only after you accept the consent banner. You can decline; no analytics scripts are injected until you opt in.
- We store your choice locally in the browser (
rs_analytics_consent). - Events cover navigation and UI actions (tool views, copy, download, search destination, theme toggle, 404s) — never the contents of your JSON, JWT, files, or typed search queries.
- IP anonymization is enabled for Google Analytics when it runs.
To change your mind later, clear site data for this domain (or remove the consent key) and reload — the banner will ask again.
What we may collect
- Standard hosting/CDN logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) from our infrastructure providers.
- Consent-gated analytics events described above — never tool input payloads.
- Preferences stored locally in your browser (theme, consent) when those features are enabled.
